northeast corner of Northwest 97th Avenue and Northwest 33rd Street,
facing the Costa Del Sol golf course in the proposed City of Doral. The
project has two buildings with 12 units per building for a total of 24
units; the typical units are between 7,424 square feet and 8,560 square
feet. This project was completed in November 1999 and has been sold.
